Minimum Stay Requirements:
- Low season : 2 nights
- High season : 4 nights
- Peak season: 4 nights
Term Condition:
- Rates are in USD
- Late check out can be booked at half the daily rate (subject to villa availability)
- Rates are for the entire villa and based on bedrooms in use
- 50 % deposit are required and the balance should be finalized 1 week before arrival date
- Bookings will be release automatically up to 3 business days when there’s NO deposit confirmation.
- Any damages in the villa while guest staying will be the resposibility of the staying guest
- Check in time 14.00 & Check out time 13.00
1 Bedroom Villa Rent:
- Rates are in USD
- Late check out can be booked at half the daily rate ( subject to villa availability)
- 40% deposit are required and the balance should be finalized 1 week before arrival date
- Special rate will be given only for guest stay more than 10 days
- Bookings will be release automatically up to 3 business days when there’s NO deposit confirmation.
- Any damages in the villa while guest staying will be the resposibility of the staying guest
